Software Defined Radios

We specialise in electronic circuit design, embedded software in C++, and FPGA development in VHDL. Our efficient methods ensure tight hardware-software integration, streamlined production management, testing automation, and quality control, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions with a small, agile team.

Hard Skills

We are experts in C++ embedded development, with a focus on encapsulation, specialisation, memory management, and multi-threaded environments. You'll work on VHDL coding, digital signal processing, and C# development, including async patterns and driver migrations. We transform requirements into elegant architectural designs, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Experience in Digital Signal Processing, VHDL coding, or foundational RF knowledge will make you an invaluable asset to the team. Software and hardware debugging is also a strong plus, enabling you to contribute to cutting-edge projects at the intersection of software and hardware.

We excel in:

  • Solid C++ embedded coding skills: encapsulation, specialisation, heap vs stack, static memory

  • Ability to turn requirements into architectural design (e.g., block diagrams, clear interfaces)

  • Digital Signal Processing skills

  • VHDL coding skills

  • C# coding skills, including async design patterns and moving drivers from C to C++

  • Understanding of coding in multi-threaded environments: context switching, interrupts, avoiding common problems, finding elegant solutions

  • Design of test equipment and writing of production test software using in-house test frameworks

  • Hardware & Software debugging
